When we decided to place our unit on the market, we were very anxious about getting the right agent to represent us. We had had a bad experience with our last home sale and were given information that was misleading and downright untrue.

Our unit had been a rental property and Gary and Judy Staley of Max Brown Croydon had been our managing agents. They recommended  Lyn to us.

We went to our initial appointment sceptical and wary……

From the minute we walked in we were made welcome. Lyn looked us directly in the eyes, shook our hands and was very warm. She had really done her homework and showed us properties in similar areas which had recently been sold. She took time to allay our fears, address our questions honestly and openly. She made a commitment to have our property sold in TWO weeks (which I thought was an unlikely event) and promised to keep us informed at every stage.

There was a phone call after each open for inspection, telling us how she thought it had gone.  She was encouraging and positive.

 In LESS than two weeks our unit was sold and for SIGNIFICANTLY more than we had dared hope for.

 Lyn promised to work hard for us, to be honest, to keep us informed and she met and EXCEEDED all of our expectations.

When we decided to put our house on the market at the start of April we had the house valued by two independent Agents.
