Ken has lived in the area most of his life. He attended Croydon High School and, as is the case with most agents, real estate wasn’t his first career choice. However, with relatives on both sides of his family who owned separate real estate agencies in the area, Ken soon decided that real estate could be his best career option. That was more than 20 years ago, since then Ken has gained experience in all the different aspects of residential real estate. He also has a background in community affairs and involvement with the Real Estate Institute.

Ken purchased his first real estate office in Montrose in 1987 and since then, with the use of technology and better service levels, has continually grown his business. Since 2003 he has opened offices in Lilydale, Croydon and Kilsyth and expanded new home sales from his new display centre.

The acquisition of the Max Brown brand has confirmed his desire to remain independent by choice and progressive by nature. Whilst his offices now service the outer east and Yarra Valley communities from the present 6 locations, Ken believes there is still plenty of scope for further expansion.

Ashlee worked in a retail environment as a store manager before discovering her natural aptitude for property management. The two experiences are closely related, both requiring concentrated organizational skills, but it’s real estate that has captured Ashlee’s imagination.

I think I’m pretty easy going and friendly. I love people and interacting with people, but I’m also extremely driven. When she is not working, Ashlee enjoys dancing, shopping and an evening at the cinema.
