Is property still selling during Stage 4 Restrictions?

Believe it or not, we are still seeing property transactions taking place during Stage 4 Restrictions. We have successfully pivoted our practices again and are safely facilitating sales, ensuring that all current guidelines and restrictions are adhered to.

Whilst sales of established residential homes have decreased dramatically due to not being able to physically inspect a property, we are continuing to transact sales of land, house and land packages and off the plan properties throughout the lockdown.

It is business as usual (virtually) for these property types, with buyers taking advantage of great government incentives such as the Homebuilder and First Home Buyer grants which can potentially save buyers $35,000 on their new home. With a short supply of properties that are eligible, we are seeing buyers get in early to secure their new home.

As a team we have sold 10 properties since Stage 4 Restrictions began, our team are doing everything we can to assist those wanting to sell and purchase.
